You confirm that the identity you are representing is accurate and solely your own. You further affirm that you are consenting to all requests you have submitted and agree to communicate directly with Cherry Winters regarding any changes or additional requests related to the booking. You agree that I, Cherry Winters, am able to deny requests that lay outside of my boundaries and hard limits, detailed in the booking form. You further agree to pay a 50% deposit at the time of your booking in order to secure your booking. All limits and boundaries will be clearly established in advance and must be respected at all times. I, Cherry Winters, reserve the right to withdraw consent at any point during filming if my established limits or boundaries are violated. By agreeing to this policy, you accept full responsibility for payment of the agreed rates in their entirety if the shoot is discontinued due to a breach of those limits or boundaries.
